The problem

A manufacturing company was spending an hour every day copy-pasting data into a complicated Excel spreadsheet, manually processing labels, and printing them in a specific order. One wrong paste and the whole batch was wrong.

The process was tedious, error-prone, and completely dependent on one person who knew the spreadsheet inside out. When they were off sick, nobody else could do it.

What we built

We connected directly to their production database and built a lightweight internal tool that pulls the right data, formats the labels automatically, and sends them to the printer in the correct order.

No more spreadsheets. No more copy-pasting. Staff just click print.

The result

The company now saves over 20 hours a month on label processing alone. The process is no longer dependent on a single person, errors have dropped to near zero, and staff actually enjoy using it.
